This page shows the current operational status of OPTV UK. If you are experiencing an issue with your streaming subscription, device, or customer area, this is the first page to check before raising a support ticket.
No customer-impacting incidents are currently being tracked. Streaming, customer area, and billing services are running normally.
How this page is updated
The service status above is updated manually by the OPTV Support Team. When we become aware of an incident that is affecting customers, we update the status and add a short note describing the issue and the action we are taking. Once the incident is resolved, we return the status to operational and keep the page concise.
Because updates are manual, there can be a short window between an issue starting and this page reflecting it. If you are experiencing a problem and the page still shows operational, please continue to the next section.
What to do if you experience an issue
If you are seeing a playback, login, or billing issue:
- Refresh this page once to make sure you are seeing the latest status.
- Run through the most common fixes on the troubleshooting page. Many issues are resolved by a device restart or a quick network check.
- If the issue persists, submit a support ticket with a short description of what you are seeing, the device you are using, and the rough time the issue started.
Planned maintenance
When planned maintenance is scheduled, we add a short note to this page in advance with the window and the expected impact. If you do not see a maintenance note above, none is currently scheduled.
How to reach a real person
The fastest way to reach the OPTV Support Team about a live issue is via a support ticket. Tickets give us a written record of the conversation and let us hand the case off between team members if needed.
